Modular relays integrate and serialize individual low-power relays in electrical control cabinets, reducing intermediate wiring links and improving product performance. The product conforms to the development trend of miniaturization and integration, and is an upgraded product of the original single relay. Another product can be designed according to different CNC systems, which can better meet the needs of modern CNC machine tools.

Each circuit of the module relay has an action indicator light;

The module relay coil is equipped with freewheeling protection diodes at both ends.

Relay contact protection options include diode protection circuit, fast melting fuse, and resistance capacitance absorption;

Contact current can be selected from 10A or 15A (amplifier board 6A).

The contact protection circuit can choose from: fast melting protection, RC impedance capacitance absorption, and diode.

Most of the relays used in control circuits are electromagnetic relays. Electromagnetic relays have the characteristics of simple structure, low price, easy use and maintenance, small contact capacity (generally below SA), large number of contacts without main or auxiliary distinction, no arc extinguishing device, small size, fast and accurate action, sensitive and reliable control, and are widely used in low-voltage control systems.

The commonly used electromagnetic relays include current relays, voltage relays, intermediate relays, and various small universal relays.

The structure and working principle of electromagnetic relays are similar to those of contactors, mainly composed of electromagnetic mechanisms and contacts. There are two types of electromagnetic relays: DC and AC.

Applying voltage or current to both ends of the coil generates electromagnetic force. When the electromagnetic force is greater than the spring reaction force, it attracts the armature and causes the normally open and normally closed contact to move; When the voltage or current of the coil decreases or disappears, the armature is released and the contact is reset.

Time relays are used in control circuits to control time. There are many types of them, which can be divided into electromagnetic, air damping, electric, and electronic types according to their operating principles. They can also be divided into power on delay type and power-off delay type according to their delay methods.

Air damping time relay utilizes the principle of air damping to obtain delay. It consists of three parts: electromagnetic mechanism, delay mechanism, and contact system. The electromagnetic mechanism is a direct acting double E-type iron core, the contact system uses I-X5 micro switches, and the delay mechanism uses airbag dampers.
